These are a similar technology to Daylight simulation light bulbs, the special neodymium glass filters out the yellow part of the spectrum giving a much whiter light.<br> These may be phased out completely during a rolling period of four years startling September 2009. There may be an exemption for this product as it is used as a special application but this is not yet clear. Existing stock can continue on sale until exhausted.
