Returns Policy

 

Retail Customers

Customers wishing to return items may for a full refund for up to 14 days after delivery, however the goods must meet the following conditions.

  • Goods are unused in original packaging
  • Packaging is undamaged
  • Goods are returned at the customers expense
  • Goods must be in saleable condition

We do not normally accept returns after the 14 day limit. If we agree to accept the items back a 20% restocking charge + £10 handling charge will be applied.

The 14 day rule does not apply to business transactions


Standard Returns and Business Customers

Customers wishing to return items may do so only with our prior agreement and the following conditions must be met:-

  • Goods are unused in original packaging
  • Packaging is undamaged
  • Goods are returned at the customers expense
  • Goods must be in saleable condition

If we agree to accept items back a 20% restocking charge + £10 handling charge will be applied

We do not normally accept back items more than two weeks after delivery.

We will not refund any outgoing carriage charges unless we have supplied incorrect items.


 

Special Order Items

Special order items are items we do not normally stock, they are items which we may have had to buy in for the customer from a supplier to meet the customers order. We do not normally accept back non-stock items from customer but may do so at our discretion. If we agree to accept a return of a special order item they must conform to the following conditions:-

  • Goods are unused in original packaging
  • Packaging is undamaged
  • Goods are returned at the customers expense
  • Goods must be in salable condition

Items returned will be subject to a handling charge by negotiation with the customer. The size of the charge will depend upon a number of factors such as the returns policy of the manufacturer. We always endeavour to keep any returns charges to a minimum.
