Information about LED Golf ball lamps 45mm round
Yes! Led golf ball lamps are brilliant. When you switch them on they are at full brightness immediatly. They use about 1/10th of the energy, there are versions that look the same as traditional lamps and they come in a bigger range of colours. You van now buy then in colours from 2100K ultra warmn white all the way to 6500K daylight. The normal colour for domestic use is 2700K but halogen lamps were slightly whiter at 3000K. There is a limited range at 3000K.
Dimming is achieved by use of LED dimmers and compatible lamps. Some lamps may work on existing dimmers but many dimmers will simply make the lamps flicker and if this is the case you must immediatly switch off the lamps or they will fail. Then you need to replace the dimmer with an LED dimmer.
With their long life and low energy usage there is very little reason not to switch to these lamps.
