If you have purchased BELL Lighting products in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland and wish to make a warranty claim, please review the information below carefully and contact BELL Lighting directly.

Warranty Conditions

  • Products must be installed and operated in accordance with BELL Lighting instructions and relevant wiring regulations.
  • Warranty applies only within the UK and Republic of Ireland.
  • Maximum burn time assumed is 10 hours per day unless otherwise stated.
  • Products must be installed by a qualified electrician where required.
  • Installation must comply with applicable standards, voltage requirements, IP rating and temperature limits.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required to validate the warranty period.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Repair or replacement of defective product at BELL Lighting’s discretion.
  • Replacement product carries the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • On-site support may apply to selected product ranges where specified.
  • The decision on validity of the warranty claim rests with BELL Lighting.

Exclusions

  • Incorrect installation or non-compliance with instructions.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage or abnormal use.
  • Failure caused by voltage fluctuations, environmental conditions or failure to maintain products correctly.
  • Labour, removal, reinstallation or consequential losses unless specifically agreed.
  • Batteries and consumable components (unless otherwise stated).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Important: All warranty claims must be made directly with BELL Lighting. Please do not return products to your retailer unless instructed.
