Calex products are covered by a 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All Calex warranty claims must be submitted directly to Calex via their official online warranty request form.

Please ensure you have the following information ready before submitting your claim:

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Product details (model or product code)
Description of the fault
Photographs of the product (if requested)

CP Lighting does not process Calex manufacturer warranty claims.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or incorrect installation are not covered.
