LEDVANCE Lamp Warranty – UK Consumer Claims

If you have purchased a LEDVANCE lamp in the United Kingdom and wish to make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below.

Guarantee Period by Product Family

Step 1 – Check Your Eligibility

• The product must be listed above and within its guarantee period.
• The product must have been purchased in the UK for personal (non-commercial) use.
• The product must have been installed and operated according to instructions.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Documents

• Your full name and postal address
• Product name and product number (EAN / identity code)
• Quantity purchased and quantity affected
• Description of the fault
• A copy of your original purchase invoice

Step 3 – Submit Your Claim

• The warranty provides a free replacement product only.
